Too much time in Wisconsin?

[overheard today]
"Here's a cheesy worker!" Isaac exclaims holding his car. "Cheesy worker?" asks Patrick. "Yes, he works handing out cheese," Isaac replies.

"Oh. Cheesy worker, can I have some cheese?" Patrick asks with his car. "Sure. Oh! Cheese spills all over!" says Isaac, as his car crashes into the toys. "Cheesy worker! Cheesy worker! Cheesy worker?!" Patrick's car exclaims. "My cheese is all over!" Isaac's car replies.

Patrick's car then tries to direct traffic, "Stop sign cheesy man! Cheesy worker, stop sign." (Alas, it's no use stopping. The cheese is done for...) "Cheesy. Cheesy. He ate it. He ate it," Isaac says as his car finishes off cheesy worker's wares.
