Put Isaac's socks on. Put Patrick's socks on. Put Patrick's socks on again. Look for Sam's socks. Put Sam's socks and shoes on. Find other stuff. Look for socks Sam just took off again. Put Sam's socks on again and try to find his shoes."Patrick!" yelled exasperated Mom, "I just put your socks on! Why in the world did you take them off again!" (Yes, Mom was losing it...) "I needed to put a sticker on my toe!" Patrick earnestly replies. I tried hard to be mad still but the absurdity of the answer won out and I started laughing.
